Police are investigating the possibility that a book bag discovered today may be linked to a missing 12-year-old girl.

A man living near 21st and Lake St. informed Channel 6 News first Tuesday that he had found the book bag on his property.

He said contents of the book bag led him to believe it belongs to Amber Harris.

The investigation is ongoing.

Harris was last seen walking off her school bus November 29th at 20th and Pinkney.
