Grady Memorial Hospital is seeking the public's help in locating family members of a "John Doe" patient who requested medical help at the emergency room July 21.
Doctors say the patient is unable to provide information about his identity or where he lives.
The Atlanta Police Department said fingerprint records indicate the patient has used the names Frank Miller Hollis and Roger Perry in the past.
The patient, thought to be between 55 and 60 years old, is a black male, about 6 feet tall and weighing 250 pounds. When he arrived at the hospital he was wearing maroon sweat pants, a maroon shirt, black work boots and a brown cap with a gold Pennzoil racing emblem.
Anyone with information about this patient or his family is asked to contact Grady Memorial Hospital Social Services at 404-616-5331. — Staff reports
