A Harford Couple Arrested for Sexual Abuse

A Hartford couple with a record of sex crimes is back in jail.

Police say Robin and Stephanie Hargrove used alcohol to get a 13-year-old Florida girl drunk and then sexually abused her.

Robin faces charges of first degree sexual abuse, failure to register as a sex offender and harassment.

Stephanie is jailed on first degree sexual abuse and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

The couple was initially arrested last year on rape charges of a 15-year-old girl.

The Hargroves pled a lesser degree of sex charges.

They are also being sought by the Holmes County sheriff's department on sex charges there.
