    Amber Alert cancelled

    Monday, April 10, 2006

An Amber Alert issued for a missing 4-year-old Michigan girl has been cancelled.

According to relatives, Leah Morse was taken from her grandmother's house in Harrison, Mich., by her father, John W. Morse Jr., early Saturday morning.

At first, the child's mother said the father didn't have custodial rights. But authorites later discovered Morse, 28, had equal rights to his daughter and the alert was cancelled.

Morse and his daughter have not been located, but law enforcement believes Morse is headed to St. Petersburg because that is where he lives.

Jalen is still missing. There is NO POSTER,NO Alerts and NO Updates on this child. This is sad that a child could get so little attention by the media. He vanished. And the same day another boy was abducted by his father and had 15 articles and a poster. What's wrong with this picture.
