(Rochester, N.Y.) -- Every Tuesday, a member of Rochester-area law enforcement spins the CrimeStoppers Wheel of Justice on 13WHAM News This Morning on CW-WHAM.


This week, Captain Don Bergmann of the Monroe County Sheriff's Office spun the Wheel of Justice.


It landed on Jearl Griffin wanted for failure to register as a sex offender.


Police said he is a Level 3 sex offender.


Griffin is 34 years old, 5’10”, and weighs 180 pounds.
