Details: Travis Lee Rathbone was abducted by his non-custodial mother, Vicki Rathbone after a scheduled visitation on March 31, 2008. Travis was to be returned to his father on April 3, 2008 but he was not. Information received by law enforcement indicates that Travis may be in harms way while with his non-custodial mother. There have been warrants issued for Vicki Rathbone for custodial interference. Vicki Rathbone has connections to Indiana, Kentucky and Tennessee and she may be in any of these states.
