Two moles underneat left breast, tattoo of the word "Guera" on top of right wrist and "Loca" on top of left wrist, tattoo of a "panther" on top of right wrist, tattoo of the name "Pablo" on left calf, pierced ears, gap in upper front teeth.

Clothing: Denim overalls with buttons on the top part, black "Dallas Cowboys" sweatshirt with hood, "No Bounderies" socks, black wallet.

Jewelry: Gold engagement ring with diamond in middle and three smaller diamonds on each side, "Mary Kate and Ashley" watch on left wrist.

Circumstances of Disappearance: Unknown. Melinda was last seen at approximately 4:20pm at an acquaintance's residence in the vicinity of Apache and St. Louis in Tulsa, OK. The vehicle she was driving is also missing and is described as a white 1985 Lincoln Town Car with damage to the right back side of car and OK Lic.# 554-ZOP. Melinda has a medical condition and needs medication.
